Robert Lipman, a life long Atlanta resident, attended the University of Virginia, graduating with honors, and worked for the Atlanta Police Department before attending Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. He achieved Law Review (top 15 percent of class), and was selected as Student Writing Editor on the Mercer Law Review Board.
Bob has litigated cases throughout the country, including a national spotlight case where he was interviewed on the TV program Good Morning America by Diane Sawyer, and was able to share with the country his client’s position.
Bob has practiced over 27 years, starting in general civil litigation, and won his first ten jury and bench trials. However, having a father and brother as physicians, he naturally gravitated to the personal injury field, and beginning in 1981, opened his new law office, specializing in personal injury cases, specifically including car wreck, truck wreck, motorcycle wreck, and premises liability cases.
He has represented to successful conclusion over fifty thousand (50,000) individuals, including multi million dollar settlements and verdicts. He guarantees each and every client an unequalled commitment to personal service and aggressive 110 percent effort to achieve the best results possible, regardless of the size of the case. He takes great pride in stating he has never advertised, nor needed to advertise as “word of mouth” advertisement based upon satisfied clients exemplifies his personal commitment to each and every client. |
